I am an experienced Leadership Advisor and Executive Coach with over 30 years of international expertise in leadership, talent development, organizational design, and HR transformation – both in global corporate structures and in strategic management consulting.


Since January 2025, I have worked as an independent leadership advisor, after nearly a decade in global HR leadership at the tech company Vishay Intertechnology Inc. (25,000 staff worldwide). As Executive Vice President Global HR and member of the executive board I was responsible for managing the global HR organization, the implementation of global HR technologies, and the realignment of strategic HR processes. Previously, as SVP Employee Development, I led pivotal initiatives in leadership development, talent management, and employer branding on a global scale.


I developed my consulting expertise during more than 17 years at the international management consultancy Hay Group (now part of Korn Ferry). In various leadership roles – including as Practice Leader Leadership & Talent for the DACH region – I supported clients worldwide through transformation processes, leadership diagnostics, talent strategies, and cultural change.


A distinctive feature of my work is the combination of deep organizational understanding, sound psychological diagnostics (including Behavioral Event Interviews, 360°, Leadership Styles & Organizational Climate, David McClelland motive scoring, psychometric instruments, Emotional Intelligence), and a clear focus on business value. I was trained at the Hay Group McClelland Center for Research & Innovation as Executive Coach. My training also included programs such as Top Team Effectiveness by Harvard Professor J. Richard Hackman and Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman.


I studied business and economics with a focus on behavioral management science and organizational theory. I began my career in executive search at Dahlke & Partner.
